We provide general maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical and more in-house. If we cannot get one of our team out to your property then we can send one of our trusted and checked sub contractors. This service is included in all of our packages or on a ‘If needed’ basis where we can invoice you for the works.
With our FM Services you get a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year callout guarantee service for any major or emergency issues such as plumbing for example and if we cannot attend we will send one of our sub contractors out within an hour.
An example of this type of service is to be called out to a burst pipe which has flooded a flat. We attended within 15 minutes, stopped the leak, used industrial water vacuum to suck the water out of the carpets, left a dehumidifier in place and everything was as new again. This type of service is what you can expect from us.
In with our fm services is a compliance and testing service where we send our surveyors and inspectors around the blocks and will provide a comprehensive report once a year to inform you of any issues, law changes and more which is all part of our FM Services.
