A block management company or the assigned block manager, will oversee all the responsibilities involved with managing a blocks of flats. A block manager will usually oversee all financial, legal and maintenance aspects regarding the communal operations and health and safety regulations of the property but a management company will normally cover the communal cleaning, maintenance, plumbing and electrical either for a set monthly price or on a per invoice basis.
