Our Case Study – Garage to Mancave consists of two residential garages being converted into a 50’s American diner style kitchen, a small bathroom, a double bedroom with sleeping pod beds. The whole build could house six people. Our team started by knocking through the concrete wall between the two garages to create a doorway, They then built studs walls around both garages and insulated the walls. They then plasterboarded and filled the gaps, sanded, painted, Installed air vents and spot downlights. Then started the bathroom build, fully tiled and chemical & composting toilet installed. Lino flooring throughout and carpet for the bedroom. Then a kitchen install which black & white tiling, chessboard Lino and red booth seating. Full electrics installed including a consumer unit which runs off of a jackery portable power station.
