Jubilee House Winchester is a small block of luxury apartments which are tucked away in a back road of Winchester in the United Kingdom. We were tasked with providing a ‘pre sell’ service in which we firstly deep cleaned the property including oven & carpet cleaning. Then we jet washed the small patio garden and then mould treated throughout, stain sealed and then painted. Our main job was to ensure we get the best results from pictures taken by the estate agent so we had to get everything gleaming. We even refurbished the existing leaking tap instead of replacing in a bid to keep cost down for the seller. Within Jubilee House Winchester there’s is multiple apartments but the only one with its own patio is the one we refurbished. Our company prides itself on being the most sought after general contractors in Southampton and that is why many of our customers would rather wait to use us than use our competitors now.
