Our Case Study – Provost Place project involved a range of essential groundwork services, with a primary focus on jet washing. However, this wasn’t the only aspect of the job. We also carried out drain grate ironworks, exterior lighting repairs, traffic management, and several other key maintenance tasks to improve the safety and aesthetics of the area.
In 2025, we were tasked with jet washing the entire street of cobblestones, curbs, walls, and walkways. Over time, the buildup of moss and dirt had created a hazardous environment, increasing the risk of slips and trips for residents. The objective was to restore the cleanliness and safety of the area, ensuring that pedestrians could walk without the risk of slipping—especially in wet conditions.
Given the scale of the job, the process required normal pressure washing equipment capable of effectively cleaning the cobblestone surface without causing damage. In addition to clearing moss and grime, we paid close attention to water runoff, ensuring that the surrounding areas did not flood or create additional hazards during the cleaning process.
The project took a total of five days, during which we worked closely with BOHD Management, who were very understanding of the time required to complete the task efficiently. Their cooperation made it easier for us to implement necessary traffic management measures, ensuring minimal disruption for local residents while still maintaining a safe working environment.
Aside from jet washing, we also inspected and repaired drain grates to ensure proper drainage functionality and conducted exterior lighting repairs to enhance visibility at night. These additional improvements contributed to making Provost Place a safer and more welcoming environment.
This case study highlights our ability to manage large-scale outdoor maintenance projects while maintaining strong communication with property management teams to achieve the best possible outcome for residents and stakeholders and that is our case study of provost place.
